• Time and a half for working on nights.
• Time and a half for working on a Saturday.
• Double time for working on a Sunday.
• Double time for working on a Bank Holiday.

Are you experienced in asbestos removal and ready to join a dedicated, safety-focused team? We are seeking skilled Asbestos Removal Operatives to join our professional asbestos management team. If you have a keen eye for detail, a commitment to safety, and a desire to make a difference, this is the role for you!

Role Overview: 

As an Asbestos Removal Operative, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient removal of asbestos materials from residential, commercial, and industrial sites. Working closely with a team of operatives and supervisors, you will ensure that all work complies with health and safety regulations and follows strict industry standards.

Key Responsibilities: 

Perform asbestos removal and abatement activities according to safety guidelines and procedures.
Use appropriate PPE and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
Adhere to Health & Safety Executive (HSE) regulations, company policies, and environmental standards.
Work effectively within a team to complete projects on time and to a high standard.

Requirements: 

• Valid Asbestos Removal Operative qualification.
• Full understanding of asbestos regulations and safety practices.
• Ability to work as a team member or on your own.
• Physical fit.
• Enthusiastic and willing to learn.
• Full UK driving licence required.
