Salary: Competitive rates dependent on experience, plus the following:
- Time and a half for working on nights.
- Time and a half for working on a Saturday.
- Double time for working on a Sunday.
- Double time for working on a Bank Holiday.
- 25 days holiday per year plus Bank Holidays.

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Asbestos Removal Supervisor to join our team and lead projects that ensure safe environments for our clients and communities.
Role Overview:
As the Asbestos Removal Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing asbestos removal operations, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations, and leading a team of asbestos operatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all types of asbestos removal and refurbishment work, following safe working procedures as outlined in the Method Statement, while ensuring compliance with all company policies, rules, and directives.
- Manage site paperwork effectively, including the Site Diary, completion paperwork, and waste consignment notes.
- Oversee site operations to ensure high standards of work and strict adherence to Health & Safety regulations.
- Maintain clear communication with the Management team and Office Staff to ensure smooth project execution
Requirements:
- Prior supervisory experience in the asbestos removal industry is essential.
- Strong customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and adept at handling complaints and on-site issues.
- Strong knowledge of HSE asbestos regulations and safety protocols
- Ability to lead a team, work well under pressure, and manage multiple projects
- Must hold a full, clean driving license (include towing).
