Salary: Competitive rates dependent on experience, plus the following:  

  • Time and a half for working on nights. 
  • Time and a half for working on a Saturday. 
  • Double time for working on a Sunday. 
  • Double time for working on a Bank Holiday. 
  • 25 days holiday per year plus Bank Holidays.

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Asbestos Removal Supervisor to join our team and lead projects that ensure safe environments for our clients and communities. 

Role Overview:
As the Asbestos Removal Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing asbestos removal operations, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations, and leading a team of asbestos operatives. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Supervise all types of asbestos removal and refurbishment work, following safe working procedures as outlined in the Method Statement, while ensuring compliance with all company policies, rules, and directives. 
  • Manage site paperwork effectively, including the Site Diary, completion paperwork, and waste consignment notes. 
  • Oversee site operations to ensure high standards of work and strict adherence to Health & Safety regulations. 
  • Maintain clear communication with the Management team and Office Staff to ensure smooth project execution 

Requirements: 

  • Prior supervisory experience in the asbestos removal industry is essential. 
  • Strong customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and adept at handling complaints and on-site issues. 
  • Strong knowledge of HSE asbestos regulations and safety protocols 
  • Ability to lead a team, work well under pressure, and manage multiple projects 
  • Must hold a full, clean driving license (include towing).
